Above the table sits the sentence that sets expectations: “We aim to process all withdrawals within up to 12 hours.” Processing is the casino approving the request. The time in the table is what happens after approval, and it’s set by the payment rail, not by Woo.
What 12 hours plus 1–3 days looks like on a calendar
Say you request a $500 card withdrawal at 9 pm on a Friday in Brisbane. Processing within 12 hours takes you to Saturday morning. Banking days then start on Monday, so 1 to 3 banking days lands the money between Monday and Wednesday. That’s five calendar days at the slow end, and every one of them is inside the published times. A crypto withdrawal on the same Friday night is listed as instant after processing, so Saturday morning.
For: the 12-hour processing aim is shorter than the 24 to 72 hours many offshore casinos publish. Against: “aim” isn’t a commitment, and the payments page doesn’t say what happens when a payout misses it. If yours does, the live chat is the only channel; see the support page for what we know about it.
The bank transfer lane is the narrow one
Bank transfer has the highest minimum, $250, and the lowest cap, $4,000 per transaction, with the longest wait, 1 to 5 banking days. It’s labelled international, which usually means an intermediary bank and sometimes a currency conversion on the way to an Australian account. If a win is bigger than $4,000 and you only hold a bank account, you’re splitting it into several requests, each with its own processing window.
Card withdrawals are the practical middle: $6,000 per transaction and 1 to 3 banking days, provided your card issuer accepts casino refunds. Some Australian banks return those payments, which is exactly the situation PayID was added for. We’ve seen PayID enabled for payouts in the cashier configuration; we haven’t seen a transfer land, so its own limits stay blank on this page until we test it.
Verification before the first payout
Woo Casino publishes a separate KYC policy and the payments page says: “To speed up your future withdrawals, we suggest verifying your account in advance by uploading relevant documents.” Read that as a first withdrawal being held until a photo ID and a proof of address are accepted. Uploading before you win costs ten minutes and removes the most common reason a first payout sits for days. The document list and the steps are on the sign-up and verification page.
What we’d do with $100 in the balance
Withdraw by the same rail you deposited with where the cashier allows it; most casinos require it for cards anyway. Keep each request under the per-transaction cap of the method. Verify before the first request, not after. And if the money hasn’t been processed after 12 hours, quote that sentence from the payments page in the chat, because it’s the casino’s own number. Deposits are the other half of this story, and they’re on the deposits page.

Questions Australians ask about withdrawals
How long does a Woo Casino withdrawal take?
The payments page says the casino aims to process every withdrawal within 12 hours. After processing, card payouts take 1 to 3 banking days, international bank transfers 1 to 5 banking days, and crypto is listed as instant.
What is the minimum withdrawal at Woo Casino?
$25 by card, $250 by bank transfer, 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT by crypto, according to the payments page on 29 September 2026.
What is the maximum withdrawal at Woo Casino?
$6,000 per transaction by card, $4,000 per transaction by bank transfer, and a cap the casino quotes as 4,000 in its base currency, not AUD per transaction by crypto. Weekly and monthly caps live in the terms, which we haven't quoted yet.
Does Woo Casino charge withdrawal fees?
Every withdrawal method on the payments page is marked Free. Your bank or crypto network may charge its own fee on receipt.
Can I withdraw to PayID at Woo Casino?
PayID sits in the cashier configuration for Australian accounts with both deposit and payout enabled. It isn't on the public payments table, so we list it as present but untested until our own transfer lands.
Why does Woo Casino ask for ID before paying out?
Its KYC policy requires identity and address verification before a first withdrawal. The payments page suggests uploading documents in advance so a later payout isn't held for the check.
